Come Sing With Choral Society of Middle Georgia!

Do you have a love for song and singing with others? We invite anyone in Middle Georgia who is interested in singing to join the choir and take your place on the riser.

We hold a weekly choral rehearsal every Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. in Macon, Georgia, where we practice the works for our upcoming performance. Our seasons run from fall to spring and include four performances each. While our autumn and spring concerts vary in musical works and content, our annual winter holiday concert is a performance of Handel’s Messiah, featuring the Christmas portion of the work, concluding with the popular “Hallelujah Chorus.”

Sing With Us

An Amateur Choir With a Professional Approach

What started as the Macon Civic Choral in 1975 is now Choral Society of Middle Georgia, a community organization of singer-musicians from across the Central Georgia region. Membership is open to anyone with the desire and ability to sing. Our singers bring a vast array of formal and informal training to the chorus as we explore diverse selections of musical styles, delighting audiences with performances of choral and orchestral works.
